Refund policy

Each one of our prints is handmade and custom to order. We do not hold inventory, and therefore, do not offer returns or refunds.

However, we stand by our quality and guarantee 100% satisfaction. If your order arrives visibly damaged from shipping, contains the incorrect product or size from what you ordered, or arrives misprinted, misaligned, or visually defected (i.e., blurry, faded, etc.), please send us an email via our Contact Form with your order number and a picture of your order within 30 days of receipt. We'd be happy to issue a reorder at zero cost to you.
